next meeting schedule

Hi everybody,

Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday May 11th, 10:00. However
we have a request from Mayor Schrieber to move the meeting start time
to 8:00 am so that he can attend.

Please let me know if this is OK with you.

I wonder if everyone could do a late afternoon meeting? It would be good
for both John and Paul to be at the meeting since they represent two
opposing viewpoints on the issue.

I agree with that however, Don Loppnow is also planning on attending to
represent RAC.

I previously scheduled an appointment for Wendesday, May 11th and am available any time except between 11:30 AM and 1 PM ... if a later time works for others.

I received a call from Paul and he and Don Loppnow would be available on the
11th at 4:30. Does this work for everyone? Since this is an important
meeting and we are trying to coordinate with guests, it would be appreciated
it you could confirm as soon as you can. Once Tim hears who will attend, we
can set up a place to meet.
