I am available but I am concerned with the number of times we've either
changed the time or the date to accommodate our changing calendars. What
does everyone else think?

If we are going to change the meeting time I need to know ASAP so that I can post publicly. We are required by law to notify the public at least 18 hours prior to any change and we have traditionally bumped that up to 24 hours.

So please advise no later than noon today if we are rescheduling so that I can place public notices if necessary.

Has there been an agreement to reschedule the meeting? I have only seen a reply from John, Sandee, and a possible Ruth Ann to make the 4:00 meeting.

Will we have a quorum if rescheduled? Please advise and I will make arrangements if necessary.
