Good afternoon all,
Below is the itinerary for Fridays property tour. Joe Lawrence may not be able to show/attend, I should know by the end of the day, but I wanted to get the schedule out. If he is not able to we will start at 11:15am at 133 West Michigan Avenue. Feel free to join us from the start or join the group when you can. As a reminder this is not a complete listing of available properties and our thought is that this is round 1 and we hope to schedule another tour with different properties so that we could get an idea of all available spaces in the districts. 10:00am: 5 & 7 South Washington Street and 126 West Michigan Avenue with Joe Lawrence
11:15am: 133 West Michigan Avenue with Jay Smart
Break for lunch
1:00pm: 206 and 216 West Michigan and 124 Pearl Street with Dave Hamilton and Tony Caprarese; Swisher Commercial
3:00pm: 13 and 17 North Washington Street with Jim Chaconas; Colliers International
4:00pm: 30-34 North Washington Street with Bari Livsey

Hi All,
I was very excited to take this tour but unfortunately, I have to cancel. For those of you who knew Bette Brusseau, our Executive Assistant, she passed in her sleep on Sunday morning and her funeral is this Friday.
Please keep Bette’s family and all of the SPARK staff in your prayers as we deal with this tragic loss.
