Happy 2011 All,

 

I am attaching the policy for the Redevelopment Liquor License that was approved by the DDA Board in January 2010. In red are the staff recommended additions that the DDA would follow for redevelopment liquor requests. Basically staff is recommending that requests are directed to the E.R committee for a recommendation to the full Board. More or less following the OPRA procedure but we thought a process should be in place so when a request comes in we have a plan of action.
