Hi everybody,
Attached is a copy of the proposed letter to go out to our grant awardees reminding them to execute the agreement. Please review and if it is OK, this will go out to all three applicants next week both by email and hard copy.
We did send each of the awardees a copy of the agreement back in December when they were notified of their approval, but I hadn’t followed up. Yiannis did call the office today to confirm that he has gotten the City’s approval for his work and will be in my office next week to sign the contract.
