Good Morning,

 

I have attached the revised application to this email with the changes we discussed at the last E.R meeting; as in adding the full name of the grant application where it just said contract and Economic Restructuring Committee to where it just said YDDA. Also I added language that requests for modifications and time extensions must be submitted in writing and approved by the E.R committee and that applicants will be in default if work does not begin with in 90 days and completed in 120 days. All the changes are in red. The application will be included in next weeks board packet for Board members to review. And there will not be a resolution requesting the DDA match the ELGs funding since the DDA already approved it during February 17, 2011 monthly meeting. I would appreciate any comments.
