DDA Design Committee Prioritization

Good Evening Design Committee,

 

As discussed at out last Committee meeting, I am submitting to the group the full work plan for review and instructions on completing prioritization.  In order to collate everyone’s responses I will need your suggestions for prioritization back to the office by 1pm on Monday.

 

Committee Members can either use the score sheet for each project….or add the total score for each project and write it in on the work plan worksheet.

So everyone I forgot to mention one important piece….

 

This NEW prioritization exercise is intended to help the committee establishing priority projects for the 2011-2012 budget year!. The work plan that has been enclosed is updated to reflect new projects such as the hanging baskets ….

 

If you feel there are projects that should added for committee review…please let me know and I will update the overall work plan. Thank you Linda for bringing that to my attention!
