Draft Design Standards

The Draft Design Standards have been uploaded and are ready fro review. Because we have a packed agenda, please review the standards in advance of the meeting. If you can not attend the meeting but would like to submit comments…do so by replying to this email.  Additionally, the  City Planning & Development Department has reviewed this a draft and submitted comments which are included in the packet.

Tracy,  Should some mention of the HDC be included? Most of the Downtown is in the District and the HDC has oversight responsibilities for exteriors, including sidewalks, signs as well as facades.

Hank the intention is to bring these standards before the HDC but we are several steps away from doing so…..compliance with HDC and zoning protocols will definitely be incorporated into the final document.
