Good Thanksgiving Eve Everyone,
I have posted a link to the updated work plan that was discussed Monday. Also attached to this document is the prioritization that was completed last year. You will note that many of the projects that were low or mid priority projects have now been excluded from this work plan or combined with other projects. Many of the projects that were a high priority last year have remained a high priority.
Our next step in moving thru this work plan should be identifying tasks for each project and creating deliverables in order to move toward project completion.
