Two new farmers have decided to join the market starting this week. Roosters Farm Market has also signed up and will bring fresh vegetables from their Amherstburg farm, including a variety of Asian vegetables like Ching Change cabbage and bok choy.

Martha's Greenhouse will also be out this week with patio planters, balcony planter boxes (with brackets) and hanging baskets.

This week customers can expect to see:

 - currants – strawberries – kale – lettuce - bok choy –

 - herbs – peas – beans – zucchini - bunching onions –

 - tomatoes - Ching Chang cabbage - Chinese radish –

 - garlic scapes – peppers - maple syrup – wildflowers

Special guests this week include SCIENCE CITY and the BORDER CITY BRAWLERS (BCB)!

Science City will offer hands-on science discovery for children of all ages and will be visiting the market each month to entertain and educate. Bring the kids from 8am to 1pm to witness what’s on the science table this month!

Members from the BCB roller derby team will be on hand to meet the public and answer questions about this fast-growing sport. The market has donated a local food basket that they will be raffling off along with some BCB gear. Starting at 11am, the BCB will host FREE roller skating across the road at the Windsor Armories (inline skates are welcome and some skate rentals are available).
