Starting at 8am we will be offering the best from th...e county.
You may have heard that the weather has delayed some planting but our farmers will still have the following available tomorrow:
- strawberries - rhubarb - raspberries - basil plants - asparagus -
- green onions - radishes - greens: lettuce, spring salad mix, baby spinach -
Dockside Fisheries will have fresh Yellow Perch, Pickerel and Rainbow Trout. New this year, they are also offering an amazing Smoked Rainbow Trout! Hylander Farms will be on hand with a variety of tasty beef including burgers, steaks and ribs. And of course, our bakeries will have buns, breads, pies, cookies and so much more! Remember to come early for the best selection.
Our neighbour, Maroun Bros. has been a long-time supporter of the market and for this season, they will be open at 8am serving breakfast and coffee. Maroun’s uses many local ingredients and they always cook from scratch so if you haven’t eaten there yet, it’s time to give them a try! We will have tables set up right outside the restaurant if you would like to eat outside.
The live music starts at 9am with Clinton Hammond, followed by Matt Romaine at 10, George Manury at 11, and Danny Marderosian at 12. As a special treat, the Glee Club from Academie Ste. Cecile will also perform a few songs in between musicians at 10 and 11. Don’t miss it!
