I spoke to Elizabeth Young about cleaning up Barker Park on Earth Day. She said there's already a corporate group of 50 people committed to cleaning Barker Park that day. I ?asked if we could help, but she said that 50 people there is already pushing it (I agree, as it's not that big!). She suggested the monument at Riverfront Park, near the old city hall's bottom steps, instead. It would make a statement: we want a clean park to play in! What do you think?

Also, can we have our next meeting NOT on that date?

What time were we thinking of having the clean-up that day? Could it be morning at 9 a.m., for example? We, here in the Groff household, have a packed day already...
