Playground Joint Use Toolkit from KaBOOM!

In addition to exploring getting funding from the city (or anywhere, really) for something small but significant in Barker Park, we should also be looking at possibilities for public access to existing playgrounds on private or school property (e.g. the amazing playground at the Ark Charter School) or for creating new publicly accessible playgrounds on private property (maybe TBGC, Sage, others). KaBOOM! has a new publication with advice on setting up Joint Use agreements for these cases: http://kaboom.org/joint_use - you can download and read this yourselves, I will also print a hard-copy to bring to the meeting on the 24th.
