Barker Park Playground and Riverfront Park plans

two e-mails I received --

 

Tracy,  do you know what's being installed or whether or not the City will remove the safety hazards, I ask as Robert seems to indicate you approved the install and the current approach which seems to have abandoned good planning -- seems a of bit haphazard approach to my  

 

Also does anyone know what the play "elements" will be for the riverfront park or will it just get done without any real input

Don't know what's being installed or the prep work. All I heard was that playground equipment would be going into Barker Park (hooray!) and Riverfront Park is being considered now for play "elements" = all good news.

Peter Ryan informed me yesterday, it will be installed Tuesday. We (most involved in emails and discussion) abandoned our inspection and apporval process and asked that thye go ahead. BobBob
