Street Closure Announcement November 8, 2011
Reason for Closure: Water main break in the westbound & northbound
lanes on 10th
Remarks: Starting tomorrow all westbound traffic on SE 10th between SE
Jefferson St & SE Madison will be closed, as well as northbound
traffic exiting westbound I-70 at the 10th street exit to go north on
SE Madison. A water main break in the westbound lanes on 10th and very
close to the northbound lanes on Madison will require lane closures to
safely allow the repair work to be completed. A marked detour for
westbound traffic on 10th will be - Branner north to 6th west to
Quincy, south to 10th. Eastbound traffic will remain open during the
work. There has been no date set at this time for the street repair.
