OPEN HOUSE is this Sunday March 6th - from 2 to 4 if anyone would like to come kick the tires (we will not be there, so you can take a good hard look).
So here is my cash money offer to you: I will pay $500 crisp green hundred dollar bills to the person who refers a buyer to us. The only condition(s) are that home must be sold, and that everything is by the book. Payment will be made upon closing on the house.
