Here are awards, travel scholarships and opportunities just for you: NEW -  American Foundation for Firearm Injury Reduction in Medicine (AFFIRM) will have an EMRA resident member serve on its advisory board. Deadline December 15. ACEP Leadership and Advocacy Conference 2019 brings together physicians and students interested in advocacy. EMRA offers a $1,000 travel scholarship.  Deadline December 15. The Emergency Department Practice Management Association (EDPMA) scholar program offers mentorship and travel to their annual meeting for a resident/fellow interested in the business of EM.  EDPMA also offers a $1,500 travel scholarship.  Deadline is December 15.
