v0.4.1 has just been committed which decreases the time of the overall
execution profile due to not spawning a shell with the mkdir command.

v0.4.1 has also been tagged as "stable" so the svn checkout command
line should be "svn checkout http://dic.googlecode.com/svn/tags/stable
DownloadIndexedCache" or "svn update" if you have svn checked out the
stable tag previously.

v0.4.1 can also be downloaded from
http://code.google.com/p/dic/downloads/detail?name=dic.pl
