Option suggestion - profiles & destination folder

Hi,

I would thank you for awesome tools, I surprised for the graphic way
to select links. I like it.

I have 2 suggestion to be complete as I think it should:

1. I would like to choose a folder after selecting likes, so I could
keep the files in same place. Most website use non meaningful file
names.

2. I am browsing different website with different contents, audio,
video, doc's, also some site provide same content in multiple formats.
if it is possible to save some extensions sets as a profiles. That
will be cool.
