problem with using download all

to Download All - Chrome extension

Hi I tried to install the extension, but it didnt work. It keeps on
saying "You need to have Ask For Download Location disabled in Chrome
settings" though I already did try to disable the ask for download
location. I am downloading *.gz files.

When you now download some files (normally in browser not with extension), they automatically save to some folder for example "C:/Users/../Downloads" ?
