trying to download torrent files

to Download All - Chrome extension

There is an option to download mp4 videos but you must download
through a torrent client. When I type torrent, Download All extension
does not recognize the torrent files.

Problem on this website is that files doesn't end with ".torrent", but something like ".torrent?D93BB7D6A2003EA4BAA7506EC03FE743F6D9F792"

Yeah, I realized that after I posted. They seem like dead seeds
