hey folks,
a few of us are probably going to ride out to pt reyes on sunday.
the tentative plan:
-meet at McKinley statue in the Panhandle (Fell & Baker street) at 10 am, leave by 10:15 am
-take the bike paths through the fancy towns to Fairfax to refuel;
-bike to Pt Reyes Station via Nicasio Valley Resevoir
-lunch/picnic in Pt Reyes (BYO, Cowgirl Creamery, Bovine Bakery, lots of good options)
-bike back either via Mt. Tam (for those wanting to climb extra +2000 feet) or via the chill beautiful bike path through Samuel P Taylor Park (and maybe home-made ice cream at the Fairfax Scoop)
email me if you want to come, especially if you're new to this route. it's about 80 miles.
there's a possibility we may do an east bay ride instead, so def be in touch.
