Tour de Cupcake is finally back!!! You've been asking us for three years and the Bike Kitchen is finally delivering. Please join us for the 2011 Tour de Cupcake. This is our biggest fundraising vent of the year with proceeds going to our Community Development Program, which will provide grants and subsidized loans to the other local Bay Area non-profit projects in 2012. WHAT IS THE TDC? It's a choose your own adventure style scavenger hunt runt where cupcake eating along the route gives riders time deductions from their total race time! You don't need to be fast to win, but you WILL need a strong stomach! You will pick your own route for this race and collect points by visiting checkpoints, solving puzzles, and facing some truly stomach-churning bonus challenges. It's a FANTASTIC day of riding for competitive and non-competitive riders of all ages and bicycle types! For more information about the race click here REGISTRATION IS CAPPED AT 300 RIDERS THIS YEAR AND YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE! In light of the overwhelming number of participants in 2008's race, we've pulled out all the stops and made some huge changes. We've capped regist at 300 to ensure that there will be plenty of gourmet cupcakes, prizes, and party fun for everyone.
