DOVEDALE DASH 2014 - ONLY 3 WEEKS TO GO !

Dear runners, 

 

Only just over 3 weeks to go for the 2014 Dash ! Do you have in your diary...?

We were so sorry that we had to cancel last year's Dash due to a very, very wet car park. This time it looks much better...fingers crossed. 

 

Details are on the website at http://www.dovedaledash.co.uk. Have a look, the website has a new look and feel. 

 

There is a poster for the Dash for anyone who would like to advertise the event at http://www.dovedaledash.acwager.co.uk/Resources/Poster2014Colour.pdf. Why not print it off and put it up in your local establishment. 

 

The arrangements will be pretty much the same as last year. There will be a 'mini-dash' for the under 10's and under 8's, starting at 10:00 am. Contact Chris for information at ch...@dovedaledash.co.uk or on 01335-350333.

 

The main race will start at 11:00 am. 

 

Registration is on the day only and opens at 9:00 am. Please be on time, the roads can get quite busy. 

 

This year we are aiming to provide everyone with a finishing position and time (the week after the race on the website...it's a lot of work!).

 

The entry fee is again 5 pounds and 3 pounds for under 14's. The car park will not be charged for. 

 

Cross your fingers for reasonable weather over the next few weeks to keep Thorpe pastures (the car park...) accessible and keep an eye on the web site for up the minute information.
