Good Evening Teamies

We will meet for our run this Saturday at The Pegasus Hotel on Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston. We will traverse through St Andrew on a familiar course for 10.2 miles

- Exit The Pegasus and turn right unto Knutsford Boulevard. Proceed towards Trafalgar Road

- Turn right unto Trafalgar Road

- Turn left unto Lady Musgrave Road ( mile 1 at Mystic Thai Restaurant). 

- Veer right unto Montrose Road at the intersection of Lady Musgrave Road, Seaview Avenue and Montrose Road.

- Turn right unto Seymour Avenue

-Turn left unto Seaview Avenue

- Turn left unto Old Hope Road at the stoplight (by the Texaco gas station that has Popeyes. Mile 2 by 4H Club) 

- Turn right unto Munroe Road

- Veer left at the stoplight at the intersection of Munroe Road and Wellington Road

- Turn right unto Old Hope Road by the US Embassy

- Stay to the right and continue unto Mona Road (mile 3 by Waterfalls)

- Turn left unto Aralia and immediate right unto Palmoral Avenue (the Road parallel to Mona Road. Mile 4 by the Total gas station)

- Turn left unto Garden Boulevard

- Turn left at the stoplight at the intersection of Garden Boulevard and Old Hope Road.

- Turn right unto Hope Boulevard and immediately retrace your steps back to The Pegasus Hotel.

Mile 5 as you turn around at Hope Boulevard

Mile 6 on Garden Boulevard as you pass Mona Heights Primary School

Mile 7 along Mona Road after you pass Whalley Close

Mile 8 on Old Hope Road by the Office of the Commissioner of Police

Mile 9 on Montrose Road by Inter-American Development Bank 

Mile 10 by Juici Patties on Knutsford Boulevard
