Dear Double Marchers,
It has been a great Saturday morning.   Thanks to those who supported Andre's efforts in the 2JR/OCA 5/10K this morning, and big up to the Double Marchers who represented at Streak it Blue in Ocho Rios.   

The run schedule to July has been updated to include all the road races (that I know of), and to change hosting dates for those who missed their original date for one reason or another (Mo, when will you be available?)  Could those scheduled confirm if they are available on the dates indicated?

Next race is the Tru Juice 5K this Sunday 01 Jun .  For this event we can win $150,000 for a charity of our choice (Jamaica Legion?) if we enter a minimum of 5 runners and 5 walkers.  Transportation may be organised from Up Park Camp if the support is good.  Please say by tomorrow 25 May whether you intend to participate.

We also need to know ASAP who will participate in the Keep it Alive training run this Saturday 31 May, as the organisers need to plan.  Responses by tomorrow as well please.

Also happening this weekend is Mello Vibes.  Shane, are we doing that too?

Remember to start training for the Father's Day edition of the Everyone's a Winner 7K on June 15.   It will be right after the Jamaica Cancer Society's Relay for Life.   More on that later....

The trip to Curphey Home is still a consideration for the Saturday Morning of our anniversary weekend (June 21), but we will talk more about that shortly too...

Finally, I encourage all Double Marchers to attend the Wednesday Training sessions in front of HQ JDF. We have all seen the positive effects of these extra training sessions, so why miss out?
