Team,

The run for this weekend will be confined within the precinct of Up Park Camp. The plan is to do somthing different that is light ~and fun~ against the background of the Negril Marathon and looking forward to the festive season. 

 *When*: Sat 14 Dec 24 

 *Where*: JOC 

 *What*:  Run and circuit training 

 *How*: Meet up at the JOC at the regular 0515 hrs for run off at 0530 hrs. The route will be the road perimeter of UPC (approximately 3.2 miles just over 5 Km) for those who required greater distance can do an additional circuit or DM me for greater distance. 

At the end of the run we will gather by the cricket pavilion (beside the JOC) where a jungle gym/circuit/aerobics set up will be located along with physical training instructors that will take us through the circuit. At the end of the event will be our planned cool down. 

Refreshments and music will be provided.

Bring your Christmas spirit and we shall have some fun.
