This Saturday's run will be hosted by Jonelle! 😃

The route is 10.2 Miles.

We meet at ICWI - 2 St. Lucia Avenue, Kingston 5

Briefing: 5:20 a.m.

Run-off: 5:30 a.m. 

Please remember to hydrate before, during and after the run. Wear high visibility and cool clothing. Stay for the cool down activities at the end and until the last runner/walker is finished. 

Route

Turn right on St. Lucia Avenue

Turn left on Trafalgar Rd

Continue on to Waterloo Rd

Pass Devon House (1 Mile) 

Turn right on West Kings House Rd

Turn right on Kingsway 

Turn left on Hope Rd (2 Miles)

Turn left on East Kings House Rd 

Continue pass Barbican Beach (3 Miles)

Turn right on Paddington Terrace

Turn right on Barbican Road (4 Miles)

Turn left on Old Hope Road

Continue to Waterfalls - Tavanore Drive (5.1 Miles)

Retrace steps back to start - ICWI!
