No, you'll need to build it by yourself.

The problem with webrtc2sip compilation on a Windows environment is with the dependecies, I have been struggling trying to compile libsrtp for 3 days without luck, and that's the first step towards compiling webrtc2sip. Isn't there any other way? Isn't there a compiled version of webrtc2sip? Guys, you could be losing potential users with this.

We are now thinking of moving on to another solution, we think SIPml along with webrtc2sip should be our answer but it is costing us 3 days now without results to have our own webrtc2sip server.

Please, could you help us in any way Mamadou?
Don't hesitate in sending me a PM to discuss it.

Thanks

"Guys, you could be losing potential users with this." --> The app is free and open source. If we loose users it'll really not change our life.
Building webrtc2sip on windows is as simple as opening the visual studio solution file (mediaproxy.sln). Both Doubango (svn checkout https://doubango.googlecode.com/svn/ doubango) and webrtc2sip must be checked out into C:/Projects folder.
All thridpaties libs (ffmpeg, libsrtp, libopus) binaries are part of Doubango.
We highly recommend using Linux. Windows sever is a joke and not officially supported which means no support will be provided.

Thanks a lot Mamadou, seems like I missed that in the docs.

Now compiling with the solution there's another problem:
project tinyDAV, file source/tdav.c includes tipsec.h which is missing in svn, any clue?

thanks!!!

tipsec.h is not missing: https://code.google.com/p/doubango/source/browse/branches/2.0/doubango/tinyIPSec/src/tipsec.h?r=1023
... but reference seems to be not up to date in the vcproj.
Try latest SVN revision: https://code.google.com/p/webrtc2sip/source/detail?r=124

updated both projects, doubango and webrtc2sip, now I got both latest versions but the problem persists:

Description: error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'tipsec.h': No such file or directory
File: d:\projects\doubango\branches\2.0\doubango\tinydav\src\tdav.c
Line: 60
Column: 1
Project: tinyDAV

Downloaded all code again and it all compiled, seems like the project upgrade made by VS wasn't taking changes from svn.

The only thing that I had to do manually to get it working was, copying config.xml into the output dir and copying libxml2-2.dll into the output dir also.

Thanks for your help!
