SDP answer is not sent from Chrome Beta 97

Hi All,
I am facing an issue on Chrome 97 Beta Version(97.0.4692.56) where my call is not being answered.
I have seen the logs and get to know that m_permission_accepted is not happening after m_permission_requested when browser tab is not focused where webrtc stack is present. And user is working on different tab.
All other events are coming fine and things seems to be fine.
