I’m encountering an issue with my SIP application where, if a call is placed on hold and a new incoming call arrives, I lose audio on the on-hold call and cannot hear anything until the new call is terminated.
Essentially, the audio for the on-hold call stops working, and I am unable to hear the audio from either call until I deal with the on-hold call. I’m looking for a solution to ensure that audio for on-hold calls remains active or is managed properly even when a new call comes in. Any advice or fixes to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
