Hi,

I hope someone could help me out here.

We have an account in Zadarma, from where we have registered multiple SIP accounts. I'm trying to connect to one of those through live demo, but I cant get connection. If I use all same credentials in Zoiper for example, all is fine. Can anyone suggest, what could be the reason, or how what I'm doing wrong?

I have attached a screenshot of my credentials I'm using. I have also tried inserting "sip:770...@sip.zadarma.com" to Private Identity, but still same.

Our end goal is to integrate our SIP phones with Agile CRM and they are offering it through sipML5 integration. But ofcourse the connection doesnt work there aswell. Here is their response:
"Agile CRM uses the standard libraries of SIPML5 based on the web RTC framework.
Agile supports browser-based calling so I request you to try the SIP credentials on the following SIPML5 URL:
If the credentials work on this URL and if you can make a call from it, then you will be able to configure the SIP. Should the above URL provided asks for Private Identity and Public Identity – Please contact your SIP Provider for the same."

Thanks! This explains it. Zadarma does not support WSS

If you will use sipml5 you should for example install and configure Asterisk which will be your PBX with wss, and Asterisk will be registered be half of you to your provider.
