Using Intermedia SIP Credentials

I have an Intermedia account with the following SIP Credentials. 

SIP Authentication ID     83240330

SIP Password -    nzRQxJgw

Server   hpbx032.telecomsvc.com

Port   5060

How do I enter them in the Dubango to test them for use in Agile CRM?

What do I put in these fields?

Display Name:

Private Identity:

Public Identity:

Password:

Realm:

The tech support from both Agile CRM and Intermedia have been unable to translate these two sets of data and make my accounts work together.

Please help.

Hi Sir that credentials you is for trunk user.. then you need to creat and asterisk server then setup the webrtc for that,, then make a phone extension for this
