Don't really see what's the difficulty. It's just SUBSCRIBE/NOTIFY messages. For example, on iOS you can manage presence like this: https://code.google.com/p/idoubs/source/browse/branches/2.0/testPresence/TestPresence.mm

To parse the NOTIFY content, you can use our regex (Boghe, Windows): https://code.google.com/p/boghe/source/browse/branches/2.0/boghe/boghe-core/Model/MessageSummary.cs#41
