Configuring sipML5

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for developing this! I love to see that you managed to build a webrtc sip client, that's amazing.

I am trying to use it, but I am missing some documentation. There seems to be a problem with the wiki: https://code.google.com/archive/p/sipml5/wikis/Public_SIP_Servers.wiki

For me most pages are broken. I was hoping for an example on what to enter where.

My SIP provider offers these values for configuration:

SIP-username (that's a phone number)

SIP password

SIP registrar: sip.easybell.de

Would you be so kind as to help me on what to put where?
