Need to install UltimateANPR on lower instance

We currently have 1 instance of UltimateANPR on Production . We need to do an installation on lower instance for exploration of APIs.

How can I get installable ?

There is no "installable". You just checkout the code from Github to get the software. You have multiple samples on github and how to use them
