[CompVImageScaleBilinear] Invalid scaling factor

Hi,

i keep going with my test on your sdk (before maybe, my companie buy it), i took the mp4 video on youtube "A3 London Motorway Traffic UK HD - rush hour - British Highway traffic, congestion busy Christmas" like your example. Everything is fine until i arrived on the 44 frame, i have this message :

The warning comes from https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/compv/blob/bdbc1b9a812cb962e8af45dfa83cbe7bf724ddbe/base/image/compv_image_scale_bilinear.cxx#L169. Check the comment at https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/compv/blob/bdbc1b9a812cb962e8af45dfa83cbe7bf724ddbe/base/image/compv_image_scale_bilinear.cxx#L164 for more information.

Please note that our video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQO7ABHTg1w&t=84s was generated using full C++ code and everything is GPGPU accelerated (chroma conversion, drawing, text, inference…). For example, the chroma conversion functions are at https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/compv/blob/master/gl/compv_gl_renderer.cxx. Other GPGPU accelerated functions are at https://github.com/DoubangoTelecom/compv/tree/master/gl. You’ll not be able to reproduce the same performances using OpenCV or any other framework. Our Computer Vision library is open source and some functions are up to 50 times faster than OpenCV but for now it’s in R&D mode and we don’t provide support.
