Download Microsoft Net Framework Version 1.1 4322

i don't know why it is giving me the command line error BC2012 error and what am i missing. i have checked the vbc and system.dll files in the C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 directory, they are existing.
I want to install Precalculation Server for which the prerequisite is .NET Framework Version 1.1.4322 .I installed Microsoft Framework Version 2.0 Redistribution Package from Microsoft site and restarted my PC but still after that when i run set up for Precalculation Server it says first to install .NET Framework Version 1.1.4322,although Microsoft Framework Version 2.0 Redistribution Package is already installed on my PC.I also tried installing Microsoft Framework Version 2.0 Software Development Kit but for that it says this program is not valid,can somebody plz tell me the exact path to download .NET Framework Version 1.1.4322 and install it and what all packages and versions should i download.Kindly give the exact path of download and install and wt all packages need to be installed,kindly revert at earliest as iam in urgency.Ur help shall be appreciated.
The setup you are running is checking whether the .Net 1.1 is installed in the registry (which is the official way), instead of looking at the presence of the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322 folder.
