The Faux Frenchmen return to Sitwells!

Welcome to a major Faux Frenchmen announcement!
Many of you remember some of the countless performances we Fauxes did back in the 1920’s (I think) at a charming little joint in Clifton called Sitwell’s Coffee House. This four-or-so-year-long association culminated in our 2010 live album “Swing Shift,” which documented our performances there.
Here’s announcing our return to Sitwell’s! With new ownership, a fresh new floor, a new all-vegetarian menu and all the vigor in the world, the new Sitwell’s Act II has bravely invited us Faux Frenchmen to perform there the first Wednesday of each month. Our first regular appearance there will be Wednesday Feb 6, 8-10:30pm.
In celebration of our return to Sitwell’s, we’ll be initiating a special auction to benefit Clermont Animal Rescue. A one dollar raffle ticket, available at Sitwell’s any time (not only during FxFr performances) will buy you a chance to win a high-quality framed Faux-Frenchmen inspired print by Cathryn Lovely, who provides most of our stunning online and album art. A different design will be auctioned each month, and winners will be selected during the Faux Frenchmen performance.
