New Windows Web Dev Tool

One of my friends built a kick ass web dev tool that I thought I'd share with everyone. It's a windows app and chrome plugin that automatically reloads page. It only saves you a couple of seconds but over the course of the day it really adds up. It's one of those things that now that I have it, I can't imagine living with out it. It's totally open source to feel free to fork it or submit pull requests.
