How to define a correct scope for a web api service that takes an id parameter

If i'm having an access token that authorize access to this scope

- .../api/service1

I get to access that service with that url

- .../api/service1

with that access token but I can't access the service that takes an id paramater like as in this url

- .../api/service1/2

I'm working on the sampe on this url
