Editing/Updating Page Content

Hello Everybody,
I am new to DNN, I installed community edition, it's working fine
except that I don't know how to edit/update page content, like adding
text, images, etc. Isn't there supposed to be a WYSIWYG editor to edit
page content? I don't see that anywhere? or is this something that can
only be done by adding modules to the pages, and if so what module do
I have to add for content?
