Is update mandatory for dotNetInstaller version 2.0.81

We are using dotNetInstaller version 2.0.81 on Windows 2016, 2019 and 2022 Server. Please let us know if update is mandatory for current version of DNI 2.0.81?

I am not sure I understand what you mean by "is update mandatory". If it's working for you, don't change anything.

Hi dB,

Thanks a lot for your input. Since DNI 2.0.x version was released in 2011 timeframe, are there any known Security vulnerabilities related to the 2.0 release? I searched online and in the github changelog/issues section and there is no reference to any security issues. So hopefully we are good to continue using the 2.0.81 version. Please let us know.
