The system cannot open the device or file specified

I've been getting this error recently when I try to create the exe.  I will get this message a few times but eventually it does create the exe.  Any idea why I'm getting this error.

It may be a result of any Anti-virus software running on the machine, or Microsoft's Indexing service scanning the file for example.

You can try to find out if there are any other processes that try to open the file using Sysinternals Process Monitor or which processes have an open handle to the file using IObitUnlocker for example.
