Can We call aTrigger in Procedure

Hello guys
Can we call a Trigger from a procedure, i have encountered
this i have a trigger on insert and i am inserting into that table
based on condition in a procedure.

If u use Insert statement in your procedure.. your trigger should fire

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think that the only time a
trigger wouldn't fire is during bulk copy operations (DTS or BCP). So
any insert done in your stored proc should still trigger.
