TAXI FARE Calculation API

hi,

I am currently developing a home care application in which the admin of the site has to calculate the taxi fare between the location of his employee (Care Worker) and the Client (Care Receiver). So, is any Free API available for taxi fare calculation ? currently i am checking bing maps (taxi Fare Calculator API) and yourtaximeter who are claimed to be free ( at least in first look ) .. anybody have previous experience of using such API or any suggestions ??
