How can I extract a zip fil using C# ?

I'm new in this programing language and in my first real application I
need to extract a zip file using C#. Can this be done and in that case,
my good HOW?????
I spent several hours on that problem yesterday and all I can do is to
read the content on the zip file and the size of the files that the zip
contains but I can't extract it..............plz help me!!

This is by far the easiest compression library to use for .Net.

And it's free, so I think that makes it the cheapest... :-)
