performance profiler for unit tests

to DotNetDevelopment, VB.NET, C# .NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, XML, XML Web Services,.NET Remoting
does anyone know any good (or any) performance profiler that can work
on unit tests running from VisualStudio? (I have visual studio 9
without profiler, there's a profiler built-in new visual studio) I
tried several (redGate, dotTrace Profiler..) and I failed... any halp
would be appreciated.
