Convert .resx files to .resources programmatically

Hello All
Is there any other way apart from using the resgen tool to
generate .resource file from a .resx file
Are there any readymade classes (may be ResourceWriter,
ResXResourceReader) available in .NET just for this purpose ??

You can create Resourse Manager Class. add some methods . you can call the methods in

C#.net webparts.you also need in create resorurse file . map your code with resource file as per your reuirment.
