Help file do not work

I hoped to try the Stateless to day, but i hoped for a complete compile/Plug'n'Play solution

However there is no sample in the release package and i can not open the help-file

When you try to open the CHM file, do you get a warning from Windows about the file being potentially unsafe?  If so, you need to uncheck the box that "sandboxes" the CHM file and keeps the web pages the CHM file loads from being loaded.  Assuming that is the problem you are having.  That is what I had to do to see the actual contents of the web pages instead of seeing a browser navigation error.
